Now, about when I'm actually going to be on here doing the modding... I will be here most of the time that you are probably here.
I know you have school and I do too. And with school comes homework. I get out of school at about 2:55pm EST -5:00.
So then that would be the earliest I could possibly be here... on a weekday. But of course, I'm probably not going to be on here at the earliest possible time. So give me at least another hour for homework and other must-do activities and I should be here 'bout 3:55pm EST -5:00. This would probably be more realistic. I get off the comp. at 9:00pm so that leaves me with:

For The Weekdays: 2:55pm - 9:00pm EST -5:00
For The Weekends: 9:00am - 11:00pm EST -5:00

Other than schedules, I think that's the only thing that needs a bit of working out. And since that's the only problem here and its a small one, I strongly recommend you make me a Mod Josh.
